The Raymond Blanc Cookery School is “about the love of food and the fun of preparing it.” It gives you the opportunity to acquire new culinary skills as you work alongside professionals of international caliber in the heart of Raymond Blanc’s two-Michelinstarred restaurant. The four-day courses are designed to be fun, relaxed and enjoyable and, with that in mind, the inclusive packages comprise all meals and accommodation in one of Le Manoir’s luxurious bedrooms. With so many culinary influences and interests to consider, Raymond Blanc and his cookery school director, Stephen Bulmer, have also created a series of themed one- and two-day non-residential courses for a shorter culinary break. At the end of each course, you will take away not only a collection of new and exciting recipes, but also the inside knowledge that you can only acquire from a professional at first hand.

 
ONE-DAY COURSE (non residential):
Dinner Party & Christmas Dinner Party £325 per person
Blanc Vite, Learn to Cook in One Day, Nutrition et la Cuisine Moderne & Garden to Plate £325 per person
Bread Course £430 per person,
Adult & Children Course £510 per adult and per child
Food & Wine £990 per person

STAGE COURSES (see web site for dates):
(Stage 1, 2 or 3) £565 per person per night (5 night total £2825)

 


The cooking school will run various programs all year. Prices include accommodation, for the Stage Courses, and are based on a per night basis. Partners of participants are welcome to stay throughout the course free of charge, sharing the same room, although meals and drinks are charged separately.
