Our VIP Meet & Greet programme affords fast and efficient arrivals and departures from busy airports with the minimum of fuss and delay. There are 3 options to choose from with services available from most UK airports.
Procedures at London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports:
A seamless transfer direct from the plane to your hotel or vice-versa
Arrival: Our host will meet and greet you direct from the plane (at the door or end of the jetty) with a name board sign and expedite you through immigration, assist with baggage and customs clearance and out of the terminal building to the kerbside and a waiting Lewis Day company owned Mercedes vehicle.
Departure: Our host will meet you from the car (kerbside outside the terminal building) and confirm your flight details. Then provide assistance with your baggage (trolley cart or porter if required). The host will accompany you to the check-in desk and assist with any check-in procedures. Please note that hosts are unable to jump the queue at the airline check-in desk. Once checked in, our host will escort you to the Departures Point for boarding pass inspection. Airside VIP continues with escort through security, beyond to the airline lounge (if applicable) and escort to boarding gate.
Inter terminal transfers are also available.
A swift exit after customs to car and assistance from the car to departures point
Arrival: Our host will meet and greet you with a name board sign at the Arrivals meeting point which is located immediately after the Customs hall exit. You will be assisted with your baggage to the nearest exit of the terminal building to the kerbside and a waiting Lewis Day company owned Mercedes vehicle. This negates the walk to the car park and associated payment and exit procedures.
Departure: Our host will meet you from the car (kerbside outside the terminal building) and confirm your flight details. Then provide assistance with your baggage (trolley cart or porter if required). The host will accompany you to the check-in desk and assist with any check-in procedures. Please note that hosts are unable to jump the queue at the airline check-in desk. Once checked in, our host will escort you to the Departures Point for boarding pass inspection. An assuring arrival and departure
Arrival: Our chauffeur will meet and greet you with a name board sign at the Arrivals meeting point which is located immediately after the Customs hall exit. You will be assisted with your baggage to a Lewis Day company owned Mercedes vehicle parked within the terminal car park.
Departure: Our chauffeur will drop you outside the terminal building and locate a baggage cart or porter as required.

TERMS: Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%. Cancellation notice is 48 hours for Premium services and 24 hours for Standard services. Gratuities are not included and are at client's discretion. Landside Standard only: car park charges apply at cost price and first 45 minutes waiting time are complimentary from time plane actually lands. Thereafter the charge is 40 GBP per hour, or part thereof. Surcharges may apply for last minute bookings on Airside and Landside Premium services. Hosts expedite clients through Immigration and Security lines. Fast Track is not guaranteed at any UK airport. Charges for porters may apply if passengers request them. These rates are subject to change.
