Made for Spain was founded in 1999 to provide customized services and itineraries for visitors to Spain. The owners of the company, Virginia and Alonso, use their extensive knowledge of Spain and its people to provide your clients a unique experience while traveling in Spain. Through their many contacts with guides, museum curators, winery owners and chefs, they are able to offer an inside look at Spain and personal contacts with people who become new and lasting friends. Spain is a fascinating and rich country with a wide range of interests for travelers. Made for Spain can meet any cultural requirement, from history to wine and cuisine, from Moorish and modern architecture to Jewish heritage. Their guides are very experienced and, in addition to knowing the history and architecture of Spain, they know all the wonderful local shops, markets and restaurants and can get your clients right into the buzz of Barcelona! Made for Spain can take care of an entire trip from start to finish and provide a magical lasting experience.

“Lifestlye Tours” - A Completely New Approach To Travel
The magic of travel lies in creating long-lasting memories, by connecting with locals and absorbing their way of life.  Made for Spain is now offering a new way of exploring their country—Lifestyle Tours.  Lifestyle Tours are a departure from architectural and art historian driven touring, as they are not history based.  They focus on authentic experiences to give the guest a real sense of place and its people.

Lifestyle Tour experiences can include: strolling through the old streets of a city, visiting food markets, experiencing an artisan’s shop or an artist’s studio, exploring trendy areas and entering a fashion designer’s atelier.  Experiencing the local Spanish gastronomy and wine is essential to the adventure, as is sitting in an outdoor café discussing the day’s escapades.

Let Made For Spain know what city or area you want to explore, and they will do the rest.   A half-day lifestyle tour for two people is 400 euros, inclusive of 15% commission, taxi & tax.  Available through December 2012 and is subject to availability & change without notice.   Terms and conditions apply.
