A stunningly decorated hotel that has become a favorite of the entertainment and fashion industries. Located in a quiet cobbled-stone street between Covent Garden and Soho, the hotel is within walking distance of 29 theaters and most of the TV and movie studio headquarters. The stylishly decorated rooms are spacious, and Kit Kemp has used a traditional English style here with warm and cozy colors. Many of the bathrooms have stall showers and double sinks as well as large soaking tubs. Brasserie Max is popular with the locals and always busy. There is a 47-seat state-of-the-art screening room with Italian leather seating. A beautiful wood-paneled drawing room, library and honesty bar provides a quiet place for reading, afternoon tea or a meeting for hotel guests and their visitors. This is a warm and welcoming hotel with a very high percentage of repeat guests.
Firmdale Hotels won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2018 in recognition of their outstanding achievements in International Trade. This is the fourth time they have won, previously winning in 2000, 2006 and 2009.
