Rates include taxes and continental breakfast. Same service included as per the whole 9 bedrooms Villa Rental (high season €20,990, low season €16,750). The services included in the rental are daily maid service for light cleaning and bed makeup (not kitchen) laundry excluding ironing, weekly linen change, bath towels as required. Swimming pool towels (changed once a week). All electricity charges and final clean. We will also include a welcome drink and finger food (crostini). A person on the end of a phone to make bookings resolve problems as before. rates subject to availability and change without notice.

THE VILLAS - WEEKLY RATES

These villas can be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The seasonal rates exclude Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks; please contact us if you are interested in these periods. *Fontelunga as a country house hotel is closed from 4th November 2012 until 22 March 2013: it can be rented as a whole in exclusivity. The bedding is European Queen size (5.4 x 6.8). Extra Bed: €50 per night. Meals can be taken at the main villa if you choose, and must be reserved ahead of time. Buffet lunch €20 (excluding any kind of drink), Buffet dinner is €25 (excluding any kind of drink), Dessert €5 and House wine €16. The Dinner party, on Tuesday and Friday evening, is a Villa Fontelunga experience you do not want to miss as it is hosted by the owners, has great Tuscan food and is really fun! The cost is €55 per person and includes hors d'oeuvres, primi, secondi, dessert, 1 bottle of wine per couple and coffee. The Villa does not serve dinner on Saturday evening; however, there are wonderful restaurants in the little Tuscan town which is very close to the villas. Rates are subject to availability and change without notice.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY WHOLE VILLA BASIS

Please note that we would require a Credit Card number to secure the booking and a deposit of 50% will be charged to the Card at the time of the booking (only 25% is refundable if cancelled more than 180 days  prior to arrival) and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Additional Items can be accounted by weekly invoice payable by CC. For security reason please advise the following information with the credit card # number and expiry date and also a copy of the Credit card front & back:

Date of birth of the cardholder;
A valid phone # inclusive of area code;
Name of the Bank issuing the Credit card;
An address where the CC statement is sent.

In event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of the management and the ability to re-let rooms.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please advise TIME OF ARRIVAL at the Villa: Check-In is between 16.00 and 19.00. Please come to Villa Fontelunga's office for registration.

A refundable breakage deposit of € 500.00 payable upon arrival is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON WHOLE VILLA BASIS

More than 181 days in advance no charge for the final balance;
180  to 30 days 50% of the final balance;
29 days or less  100% of the final balance

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE HOTEL

If you would like to book please note that we would require a Credit Card number and expiry date to secure the booking,a deposit of 50% will be charged to the Credit Card 8 weeks prior arrival whichever is sooner. Additional items can be accounted by weekly invoice payable by Credit Card. For security reason please advise the following information with the credit card number and expiry date:

*   Name of the Credit Card Holder;
*   A valid mobile phone number inclusive of area code;
*   Name of the bank issuing the Credit Card.
In event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of the management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please advise time of arrival at Villa Fontelunga. Check-in is between 15.00 and 19.00. Please come to Fontelunga's office for registration.
Cancellation policy on a room basis:

*   More than 59 days in advance no charge;
*   30 to 59 days 25% of the total stay (room and tax);
*   22 to 29 days 50% of the total stay (room and tax);
*   21 days of less 100% of the total stay (room and tax)
