| Formally known as One Devonshire Gardens, this successful townhouse hotel joined the Hotel du Vin group in 2006 as their flagship hotel. Located in a tree-lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow, One Devonshire Gardens is an iconic luxury boutique hotel. The recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Condé Nast Gold List and Scottish Hotel of the Year award for 2008, it is considered one of Scotland’s finest hotels. Serving a menu of modern European cuisine, the bistro deluxe is also highly regarded and has garnered recognition as one of the best in Scotland, the Executive Chef, Paul Tamburrini having won Scotland’s Chef of the Year award in 2008 as well as the most recent Best Fine Dining Restaurant at the Scottish Restaurant Awards 2009.
