The Soho is one of the largest of the Firmdale group of hotels in London, with 96 bedrooms, suites and apartments, all with floor-to-ceiling warehouse-style windows. There are two spacious drawing rooms with an honesty bar, restaurant, popular bar and two state-of-the-art screening rooms. The hotel appeals to the entertainment and fashion industries and to theater and restaurant lovers as well. There are very large penthouse suites with panoramic, wrap-around terraces with views all over London and many of the large suites will suit families and those who are in London for an extended period of time. Kit Kemp blends her extraordinary fresh and stylish taste with the old and the new and creates an elegant English look with a contemporary feel. Although close to all the busy restaurants, theaters, clubs and nightlife of Soho, the hotel itself is in a quiet mews between Dean and Wardour Streets.
Firmdale Hotels won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2018 in recognition of their outstanding achievements in International Trade. This is the fourth time they have won, previously winning in 2000, 2006 and 2009.
